About the role

The M365 Technical Platform Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 (M365) platform solutions within the organisation. This role involves managing the technical infrastructure, configurations, security policies, and user access within the M365 environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Technical Platform Administration
  • Ensure M365 is moving towards the future state architecture.
  • Address teams on the day-to-day technical operation of the M365 platform, including PowerShell script, site template update user management, license allocation, and
Solution Design and Implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement M365 solutions that meet business needs.
Security and Compliance
  • Make the most out of M365 compliance and champion of compliance, information lifecycle management and sensitivity labels.

The desired applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field along with three or more years as a technical specialist or a similar role.
